What happens when your payment fails:

If you paid by credit card, Stripe will automatically retry your card over the next couple of weeks. If you need to update your credit card information, please reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know so that we can send you a secure link to do so.

If you paid by PayPal, PayPal will automatically retry a few days after the first failed payment. If that second attempt fails, your subscription will be paused.

How to get back on track:

First, check that your payment method on file is current — update your card or PayPal account if needed. Often this resolves the issue on the next retry.

If your subscription has been paused or you need help, email us at [email protected] and we’ll get you sorted.

 

Please note:

• Sacred Arts Academy: You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, you will lose access to Academy materials immediately. No refunds are given for partial months.
• Power Couple, Triple Threat Candle Service, Fixed Stars Society: These are all year-long commitments. When you enroll, you are committing to twelve months of service. Cancellation before the year is complete is not available except in extenuating circumstances at Bri’s discretion.

If you paid by PayPal, PayPal will automatically retry a few days after the first failed payment. If that second attempt fails, your payment plan will be paused and your access to program materials will be suspended.

How to get back on track:

Update your payment method on file, then email us at [email protected] so we can manually restart your payment plan.

Please note:

When you enroll in an installment payment program, you are committing to the full program investment — the installment plan is for your convenience, not a subscription you can cancel. If payments stop, the remaining balance is still owed and access to program materials will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
